Handcrafted and brewed in small batches - without additives, heavy filtration or sulphites. Each bottle is individually numbered.

Made from low-polished Carnaroli rice (90 %).

Cloudy and fizzy - dry and yet fruity with pear notes and a round, balancing bitter nuance on the finish. Nigori-style brewed by re-adding some unpressed sake to the pressed one.

Batch of 219 bottles.

Keep in a cool and dark place, serve chilled.
