A fermented, non-alcoholic, pasteurised drink - made from Carnaroli rice with pickled plum from aru, lime leaves and kaffir lime leaves.

Rich and nutty, with hints of citrus and floral notes, delicately savoury on the finish with a touch of pickled plum.

Plón is made by hand in small batches - developed with Raphael Reichardt and Tim Schmidt, exclusively for Tim Raue restaurant.

This is how it works best

Store cool and dark, ideally in the fridge. Shake well, serve chilled, and enjoy within 3 days.
Great on its own – or as a dessert. Its nutty body, gentle acidity and savoury finish make it a surprisingly rounded end to a meal.
If it arrives by post: let it settle in the fridge for a bit. Then it’s ready.
