Handcrafted and brewed in small batches - without additives, heavy filtration or sulphites. Each batch is slightly different, each bottle is individually numbered.

Made from low-polished Carnaroli rice (90 %).

Sparkling - fresh and citrusy on the nose. Dry and mineral on the palate with hints of graphite and unripe pear. Taut, precise and balanced.

Batch of 377 bottles.

Keep in a cool and dark place, serve chilled.
