Handcrafted and brewed in small batches - without additives, heavy filtration or sulphites. Each batch is slightly different, each bottle is individually numbered.

Made from low-polished Carnaroli rice (90 %).

Still - deep, with notes of dried fruits, caramel and sherry, moderate acidity. Matured in a tank for 4 months, after that 2 more months in an open vessel for oxidation.

Batch of 106 bottles.

Keep in a cool and dark place, serve at room temperature.
