Handcrafted and brewed in small batches - without additives, heavy filtration or sulphites. Each batch is slightly different, each bottle is individually numbered.

Made from low-polished Carnaroli rice (90 %).

Still - oxidized with a light fruitiness and a slight acidity, complex and yet accessible.

Batch of 103 bottles.

Keep in a cool and dark place, serve chilled.
